How can I sell wholesale?

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Visit https://cuadra.loopreturns.com/#/ to begin the return process.
Have your order number and the email/phone used for the purchase ready.
Select the item(s) you wish to return.
Choose your preferred refund or exchange option.
Once you've completed the return request, you'll receive an email containing a USPS label.
Print the label and securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Take the packaged item and the printed label to the nearest USPS office.   
Once the package you sent arrives at our warehouse, we will send your exchange or issue your refund.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to it. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you and thank you for your understanding. If you would still like to return the item(s) once you receive the package please follow the instructions below:To create a return please click on the linkhttps://cuadra.loopreturns.com/#/enter your order number and email/phone number then choose a refund on your card or store credit. After this process, you will receive an email with the return instructions and a USPS label. Once the return arrives at our warehouse it can take 1-2 business days for it to be reviewed and processed. Then your refund will be issued.
